MEETING HELD AT FOMIN’S RESIDENCE – 09/07/08

Musada Oye!!

We had a very successful meeting at Fomin’s Residence sponsored by Clement Fomin and Benadette Ngengwe. We thank them for hosting the meeting and seeing that all went well.

We had five (5) new members register today. Dues were also paid. Total amount collected was Five hundred and Ninety dollars ($590.00).

This was the highest amount collected at one sitting.

 

END OF YEAR PARTY

The End of Year party was discussed.

The date is December 20th 2008.

The place is Fomin’s Residence -9954 ELM’S ST. LANHAM, MD 20706

Each member will have to contribute a minimum of $50.00 irrespective of whether they will attend or not. We will be happy if as many people as possible show up. Members who can contribute more are more than welcomed and we will be grateful to such members.

The last date  for collecting the $50.00 is the next meeting October 5th 2008.

MEETING DUES

The members monthly contribution records were updated. Current members are expected to contribute the sum of $120.00 by October to complete their contribution for the year.
